How it works
How care at home works
From the first conversation to changing the plan later — what happens, in what order, and what you will have in writing.
A conversation, with no obligation
We start by listening: what has changed, what is difficult, and what matters most to you and your family. You can reach us by phone, email or the form on this site — whichever is easiest.
From that conversation we agree what to look at next. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you decide to move forward.

A care assessment
Before anything is agreed, we assess what kind of support is needed and how often. The assessment covers daily routines, preferences, the home itself and the tasks you would like help with.
It can take place at home or, if you prefer, through a structured conversation. Bring a family member if that helps.
A written plan and a matched carer
You receive a clear plan: the tasks covered, the times, the frequency and the price in euro — confirmed in writing before care starts.
We then match a carer whose experience and availability fit your needs and introduce them, so the first visit is not with a stranger.

Reviews, so the plan keeps fitting
Support is reviewed regularly with you. Tasks can be added, adjusted or stepped down as things change — the plan follows your life, not the other way round.
If something is not working, tell us. Adjusting the arrangement is part of the service, not an exception.
Questions about getting started
What does a care assessment involve?
A conversation about needs, routines, the home and preferences — at home or by structured discussion, whichever suits you.
How quickly can care start?
Timing depends on the assessment and the schedule you need. We confirm a start date with you before anything begins.
What if needs change?
The plan is reviewed with you regularly, and visits can be adjusted, added or reduced as things change.
Ready when you are
Start with a request for a care assessment — we will take it from there.
