What we collect

When you use the forms on this site, we collect the details you enter:

• your name and contact details (email, and telephone if you provide it);
• the type of support you are interested in and how often it is needed;
• your area or country, and the content of your message.

When you choose a cookie preference, a single value is stored in your browser (see the cookies page). It stays on your device.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a care assessment and provide the services you ask about. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the people arranging your care. Where a carer needs information to provide the agreed support, they receive only what is needed for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any arrangement that follows. If you ask us to delete them and there is no ongoing arrangement, we will do so.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Contact info@carelogicuk.care and we will respond.
